1:1 Sessions

I offer a package of six 60-minute sessions, ideally meeting every two weeks over the course of approximately 3 months. This is the minimum timeframe needed to start implementing, adjusting, and monitoring practices into your routine at a sustainable and realistic pace, helping you achieve long-lasting habits and reach your health goals.

At the end of this period, we can evaluate your progress and decide on the best way to continue supporting your long-term well-being.

I understand that paying for a full package upfront might not be doable for everyone, so I offer the option to pay for single sessions as well. Just remember, sticking with it and staying committed are essential for seeing lasting results and reaching your health goals.

Tailored Lifestyle and Nutrition Recommendations

Based on your assessment, we will slowly incorporate practices that promote mindfulness and body awareness, such as mindful eating, nutrition, stress management techniques, sleep hygiene, movement and more. These practices help you tune into your body's signals and respond to its needs more effectively.

Sustainable Changes

The goal is to foster long-term, sustainable changes. Too many changes at once are not realistic or achievable. By starting slowly but steadily, these changes will naturally become habits. Regulating and healing our body takes time, and honoring that process will bring great self-discovery, compassion, and understanding of your own needs.
